Staff was inattentive and seemed to not want to be there at all.
We really weren't even sure it was supposed to be roast beef. The turkey was "roll" turkey, the roast beef was black pepper coated rubbery slices. Everything was chock full of black pepper, and lukewarm. But then took my family there for Christmas and it was beyond bad.Ĭhristmas was buffet only, no menu items available. But as an example of their inconsistency, my club met there a week ago and had a fine lunch.
constant though, the lavash bread served before your meal is really good. One visit would be OK, then the next awful. Then they opened in the Holiday Inn and just became hard to predict. They had a very popular place downtown for a very long time. Where to start? Too bad about this place. Will NEVER go there again and will be contacting the manager as well. No refills, cold food, VERY rude waitress, and a very disappointing Father's Day meal. No bill was brought & we had to go to the front to pay. A few minutes later the table next to us got rolls and lavash. Our waitress came and very rudely told us there were no rolls/lavash left. We asked for some to be brought (AFTER waving someone down) and were told we would get some. The rolls and lavash were not brought with the meal. Once our food was brought out (by another waitress) it was obvious our food had been sitting there for quite some time. She did not once check on us about anything and we were all left with empty glasses until we asked another waitress for refills. Went with our father and family for brunch to Tony's Too. We understand that many businesses are short staffed and are not the type to complain and rarely do. If I could give ZERO stars I would! So disappointing to say the least.
